毎日暮らす家には皆それぞれ思い入れがあるだろう。
そんな事無いと言う人なら尚更快適に過ごす事を考える余裕を持って貰いたい。
住む家は、形だけでは無く色んな工夫で幾らでも快適になる。
都内に住んで過酷なサラリーマン生活を送っていると、スペースも余裕もお金も無いから、
飲み屋に近い事と終電が遅い事にしか価値を見出せなくなる。
家に帰っても寝るだけだから、さほど愛着も沸かない。
そんな中で無理をして家を買ってもローンの苦しみだけで喜びを見出す事が難しくなってくる。
都会のサラリーマンは過酷だ。
一方、都心から離れた周辺都市部を見ると、職場は少ない。若者が居ない。店が無いと
雑誌で見る様な「ハイセンスな都会的な暮らし」に憧れる人（特に未婚の若い人）には
「田舎は嫌だ」と言う事になる。
都会の過酷さを知らないからね。
地方都市、さらに駅から離れた周辺部の土地は安い。本当はこんな所にこそ輸入住宅が似合う。
地方創生じゃないが、ほとんどの日本人は大きな勘違いをしているのだ。
