車買うより安いじゃん！
すっかりその気になってその安い物件を見に行った。
見に行ってびっくり。安いのには訳がある。住もうと思えば住めるが、余生を楽しむ様な住み家じゃない。
リフォームする意欲が沸かない。安い土地を買ってイイダ設計で安く建てるか？
