洗面台と洗濯パンを使うのを止め洗濯室は本当に広くなった。
外した洗面台は取り敢えずウッドデッキに出す。
一瞬再利用も考えたが、この手のモノを再利用し始めると、便利ではあるがゴミ屋敷にすぐなってしまう。
あって便利よりも、不便で広い方がこの狭い我が家には必要な事。
くわばらくわばら。
ようやく風呂洗濯機周りの目途が立った頃、近所のスーパーでさざえを見つけた。
流石房総海産物の地。
今日は一服。さざえの壺焼きパーティーを開催。
燻製用に買ったが使えなかった角形七輪がやっと使える。
炭は豊富に在庫があるから炭熾し。
粒は小さいが海で食べる味だ。
チョー旨い。プリップリだね。
昔、海で食べるさざえの味を家でも楽しみたくて、氷付けにしたり、新聞紙で包んだり、海水に浸したり、色んな方法を試したが、上手く運べた試しが無い。
さざえは海辺で食べるしか本当の味を楽しめないと思っていたが、房総のスーパーで売っているさざえは海の味だ。
また来年もこの時期買いに行こう。
