一目瞭然。 南側の壁が汚い。
汚れてると言う意味じゃ無く、外装が日焼けで傷んでいることが良く分かる。
植木を切り倒し、見通しが良くなった代わりに、日陰で傷んでない壁の方が余計に目立つ。
植木の形がクッキリ。
これは、入居時から分かっていたことで、ずっとやらなきゃ、やらなきゃと考え続けていた。
日差しが強く、外壁が膨張収縮を繰り返しているので、下から壁を見上げると、あちこちの釘の頭が飛び出している。
先ず、釘打ち。
飛び出している釘を、一生懸命打ち付けたが、所々手応えが無い。
完了してから半年もすると、また飛び出してる。
今度は、サイディング用の釘を買って来て壁打ち。
ところが、サイディングは表面が堅く、釘を打ってもはじき返され、さらに材料が浮いているから、手打ちでは本当に大変。
何度親指を打ったか。
トラウマになりそうだ。
何とか気になる所に釘を打ち込んだが、やはり半年も経つと壁が浮き上がってしまった。
そうこうして一年が経ってしまった。
よーし。
本気で壁をやっつけよう。
