お客さんでも来るのかな。
このくそ寒い中、何をやっているのかと言えば、火熾しだ。
犬は火よりも焼く物の方が気になる。
寒い中で火を熾すのは最高に気持ちいい。
その日の為に、冷凍焼き鳥を買っておいた。鳥が串に刺さっているやつだね。
さらに、今日は真鱈の子、本物の方の大きい方のタラの子を塩にした塩たらこがある。
これは北海道の道産子しか食べないから、ココ房総では格安で手に入る。
ほんの30年前なら、生筋子も東京のスーパーで、品質の良いモノが店頭に格安で並んでも、
誰も見向きもしなかった。
その頃は、イクラの醤油漬けを自分で作ってよく食べた。
それが、どんどん知られる様になってから、とたんに値上がりが激しく、15年位前からは
手が出せなくなった。
都内のスーパーでは滅多に見ない生の真鱈の子も、何故か房総の海側のこの辺で格安で買える。
今は流通がいいから、北海道と変わらない。
その真鱈の塩たらこを炭焼き。 これぞ二重の贅沢。それで格安。 うまいなー。
