自閉症の子供を支えるのは大変な仕事だ。高度な教育を受け、さらに困難な福祉の道へ分け入る若者には本当に頭が下がる。
彼らの熱意を無にする事を恐れるあまり、自閉症当事者、自閉症の子供、自閉症の本質を見失う事だけは避けなければいけない。その場を取り繕う事が、子供を壊す事につながるかもしれないからだ。
