日本の養護教育特別支援校と言う制度は、今も障害者隔離政策の続きだと思う。
昨日まで特別支援校へ子供を集め地域から離し隔離。
18になれば突然地域へ戻す。戻された地域には障害者が突然現れる。恐らく地域に予算が落ちるのは来年から。それまでどうするんだ？誰も考えていない。
