暑くなる前に燻煙しなきゃいけないので、慌ててコストコへ行ってシャケを仕入れてきた。
犬が掘った穴はもう一度芝で補修。今年はヘビイチゴが再生して来たぞ。
風が出てたので、しゃけは風乾。
皮がパリッとして身が引き締まってきたらフッキング。
今回は上手く行くかな？
ベーコンの時と違って、犬は全く興味ナシ。
外で遊べるかと思ったのに、当てが外れて黄昏れてる。
簡易バーナーがあるので、火起こしが本当に楽になった。昔は火起こしの腕を自慢したモノだけど、
今や道具次第。
さて、後は温度管理をしながら、ネットビデオ三昧。
