先ずは一番旨く、しかし身崩れしそうな所をそーっと刺身に。
身の色と手触りで旨味が分かる。たまんねー。
チビにはおあずけ。大人だけの楽しみ。
チョー美味い！残りの切り身はどうしてやろうか。刻んで漬けるか、明日の朝刺身でまた喰うか‥
