でかいと扱いが大変なんだな。それでも一昼夜、36時間ぐらい燻煙し終わった。
この皮側のドリップ跡で、大体出来が分かる。今回はホントに出来がイイ。
バラしは明日にするとして、そばでも食べよう。と準備中。
