日本のハムは卵白入り。これは卵白は入ってないハム。
犬はまだ気付いてない。
外袋から中身を出して
プラスチックパックを切り開ける
封を開けた途端犬が気付いた。鼻イイねー
ドリップは美味しいけど捨てる
今回は事前に包丁をよく研いだので良く切れる
ココが一番大きな部位
ザクザクスリットの入った肉を切り分ける
切り分けるとハムの集合体
残りは切れ目が入っていない塊部分
ブリックはこのホネが目当て
でも今日は食べられないよ
ブロックを手でスライスしたり、小分けにして冷凍準備
それで、今日だけは一番大きく取ったハムでハムステーキ
たまにポタージュを添えたら、スプーンの位置間違ってるよ
