もう匂いを嗅ぎつけたブリック。先日スパイラルハムを解体した残りのホネ。
そのままやりたいのは山々だけど、塩分が高いから煮出さなきゃ。
食べる所にペットシーツを置いて‥
待ちきれず禁断の調理スペースに侵入
煮えたけどチョッと待って。尻尾がちぎれるよ。
煮出したスープはオトーさん達のラーメンスープに。今日は小麦グルテン解放日。
ハイ。
坊ちゃんどうぞ。あまり持ち歩かないでね。
ハムともやしを乗せ、秘伝の肉汁を少し足し超減塩ラーメンながら、味は薄くない。
この日は、薄い味噌仕立てだった。
ブリックは2時間程ホネと格闘し、大満足。夜はグッスリ寝るぞ。
残りのホネはカラカラ。親子共に大満足。
