日本の発達障害についてチョット考えて見て下さい。この教員試験参考書にも書かれているように、世界的に見た学問上の「発達障害」と日本の発達障害は違います。
これは、与党入りした創価学会公明党に医学が屈した証拠です。
創価学会系の学者が集まり始まった「発発達障害支援法」
当初から話がグズグズ。「発達障害」の概念も、ターゲット像もあやふや。
さらに日本の法律上、昔から「知的障害」だけは、創価学会の強い入れ込みで、特別扱い。
それで、止む無く医学上の定義を使用するのを諦め、発達障害支援法用の「発達障害」の定義をしなければいけなくなったのです。
厚労省の中には、骨のある官僚が居て、付記としてキチンと主張を書き込む人もいます。
まあ長い物には巻かれろ。
無理矢理別の概念を作り上げ、法律で定義した日本は、今でも地球温暖化を信じたくないアメリカ以上に本当に変な国なのです。それが日本の状況です。
