その旨さは、特上の餅米と餅作りの技術がある田舎の農家で食べた餅の再現の様。
それ程うまく手軽に買える様になって本当に驚いた。
ところが、コロナの頃？か3年位前から味が変わった。
気のせいかなと思いながら、3度ほど買ってみたが、やっぱり昔の味と違う。
そこで、もう一方の雄「越後製菓のきりもち」を試してみようと探したが、
売り場はドコもかしこも「さとうの切り餅」に支配され、越後製菓が見当たらない。
諦めていた所、なんと業務スーパーにあーるじゃないですか。
早速焼いて食べてみたら、こちらは昔の味。今でも美味い。
スリットはサイドスリットで焼き餅の膨れ方は違っても、美味しい方がイイ。
販売環境はキビシイながら、味で越後製菓の勝ち。スバル自動車みたいな感じ？
