我が家は年金暮らしの貧乏生活なので、さかな何と言う高級食材を口にする事は滅多に無い。
ぼーっとしてるのは、貧乏暮らしに絶望しているのでは無い。
最近ふと気付いたのだが、これが北海道ならとても年金生活では暮らせない。
冬に凍死しちゃうな。
流れ流れて房総の温暖の地に住み着いたからこそ出来る生活。
北国の生活は大変だ。
そんな中、タラの切り身がお買い得。
普段は貧乏人は肉を食えで、グラム100円を目安の安肉を食っているが、今日は奮発。
タラの煮物にしました。
北海道に住んでいた頃は、冬は魚しか食うモノ無かったんだけどなー。
当時のかすべだの宗八だの氷下魚だの八角だのハタハタだのきんきだの庶民の魚は
今や高級魚で手が届かない。
手が届かないどころか、絶滅危惧種だ。
魚の資源管理をしなければ、水産業と共に地方経済の崩壊だ。たのむよ－。
