よく見ると土地が40坪弱。家の大きさから見るとキツキツの土地に建っているのか。
それでも駐車場は付いている。築17年の新築一戸建てとは実に妖しの物件。
「行こーよ行こーよ。どうせ見るだけはタダだし近くだし。行ってみようよ」
12月の寒い日不動産屋に声を掛け見に行く事にした。
